Picture dark or grainy? Put the light in front of you, not behind. Other person can’t hear you? Check that the right microphone is selected in your browser settings.
Stay private on cam
A webcam shows more than your face. Before you start, look at what’s behind you: mail, documents, a window with a view someone could recognise.
